How much is postage and packaging?

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron.
When do I pay?
We take payment at the time of order. Unfortunately we cannot take orders for items that are not in stock.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Currency conversions are used on our site as estimates only. Please note that all transactions will be made in British Pound Sterling, GBP (£).
How can I track my order?
If you have selected standard delivery, your order will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post. You will be able to track your order online, by logging onto your SpecifcSkin account and obtaining your tracking number.
What Happens if my order gets lost by Royal Mail?
Unfortunately Royal Mail will not accept that a parcel has been lost until it has been in the postal system for 14 days and 21 days for international orders. We are therefore unable to ship a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
